An unforgettable weekend in Brussels with the BM3 team! ✨ 56 colleagues from our London and Birmingham offices came together for a study trip full of learning and exploration.
From architectural tours and residential visits to rooftop views and evenings out, the trip blended insight with team bonding—strengthening connections, celebrating achievements, and creating lasting memories.
We are thrilled to celebrate that BM3's very first apprentice, Molly Etchelles, has been nominated by Loughborough University for the RIBA Dissertation Medal 2025 for her undergraduate research, “Fabricating Change: Exploring waste textiles as a sustainable solution for architectural construction.”Her work examines the environmental impact of fast fashion, drawing parallels with architectural practice and the construction industry’s own challenges around waste and resource consumption.
We’re proud to have delivered both architecture and landscape services for a new community of 59 affordable 2 & 3-bed family homes. Working with our client Places for People, this development has been thoughtfully designed around landscaped communal spaces where greenery and neighbourly life can flourish.
A huge congratulations to everyone involved in making this project a reality!
Almost a decade ago, BM3 were appointed by Taylor Wimpey to transform a former Ministry of Defence site into a thriving residential neighbourhood near Whetstone town centre.
Delivering RIBA Stages 4-6, we supported a bespoke housing scheme throughout construction. In 2025, these 288 beautifully crafted homes are a showcase of sustained design excellence and coordinated delivery.
At 304-322 Ordnance Road, we are addressing Enfield’s housing need by proposing a scheme of 24 apartments, which more than doubles the number of homes provided in the existing building.
This fully affordable, design-led scheme addresses Greater London’s affordable housing shortage by allowing existing residents to be rehoused on site in the improved, secure homes and providing homes for people on Enfield’s housing applications list.
