Work is starting up again on our Aston Clinton site in Buckinghamshire

We're delighted that work is starting up again on our Aston Clinton site in Buckinghamshire.

BM3 has successfully gained consent for the reserved matters for all three phases of development for Taylor Wimpey North Thames. The scheme comprises 386 new dwellings and provides a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, together with two, three, four and five bedroom family homes.

Phase 1 comprises 132 new homes for shared ownership, private sale and affordable rent. The scheme provides a permeable layout, which encourages connectivity with the surrounding area. The scheme respectfully faces onto an Ancient Scheduled Monument and Heritage Park. This is a retained landscape asset with a public right of way running through the green space.

The development itself has been thoughtfully designed to provide a number of open public spaces including a wetland park, and areas of landscaped green space. The site also provides access to nearby walking routes including the Grand Union Canal. Purpose-built play areas (LEAP & NEAP) are integrated into the public open space, which provides a safe and fun space for children of varying ages.

In addition to the planning work, Bm3 is also providing post planning services including working drawings and site support for the scheme.

We're excited to see the project progress.
