Deptford Creek and it’s industrial surroundings inspired the profiled roof used on the project. The proposed design gives a distinct appeareance that not only reflects the neighbouring Grade II listed building, but also the mill and warehouses in general, though in a more contemporary form.
The development comprises 125 apartments arranged within 4 to 14 storeys of private and affordable tenure and 2 commercial spaces within the building ground floor. It also offers a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. It will form an important landmark on this prime location in South East London.
As the lead consultant, BM3 carried out the detailed design of the building. A major element of our role on this project was to ensure the detailing of the building was of the highest quality in order that the concept design could be fully realised. The CGI below was produced by our inhouse 3D modelling team.
