Part of a gateway development in Stratford upon Avon. The Arden Quarter comprises an Extra Care Facility, Apartments, and Houses adjacent to Stratford’s railway station. The extra care facility is sat on a tight site with a car park to the front and several landscaped courtyards to the rear. In addition to an Extra Care block, apartments and houses, there are some areas of Public Realm that our
landscape team has designed in detail.

BM3 was commissioned to undertake the discharge of planning conditions and production of working drawings. We worked for the Contractor, but prior to appointment, the Housing Association client questioned our ability to work collaboratively using BIM and that we would respect the high-quality design. We satisfied the HA on both counts and have subsequently received praise for our work from both the Client and Contractor.
