BM3 Architecture have worked with Keepmoat Homes and Nottingham City Council to design 112 new build homes for private sale spread across the eight brown-field sites in the Meadows. The new development will be the largest housing development seen in the neighbourhood since the 1970s, helping to transform Arkwright Walk, which forms a key link from Trent Bridge into the city.

The scheme comprises of a total of 34 apartments and 78 houses in a range of sizes to suit different households and budgets, along with important landscape improvements. The site has very good transport links to the city centre with multiple bus and tram services nearby as well as new routes for pedestrians and cyclists.
