BM3 was appointed to assist Taylor Wimpey in the viability of the scheme prior to acquisition. An outline
permission was already in place, BM3 carried out several studies to maximise the coverage on the site, and minimise areas of highway. Based on this information, the client successfully purchased the land. BM3 has subsequently carried out detailed design for the reserved matters planning applications for all 3 phases of development.

The scheme comprises 386 dwellings and includes 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, together with 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses. As part of the development and agreed S106, a provision of 35% affordable is included. The site has been designed to compliment the adjacent heritage park and scheduled monument. The Heritage Park includes the Saxon Ridge & Furrow Field Pattern, visible as a series of regular undulations across the landscape. Bm3 is also providing post planning services including working drawings and site support.
