BM3 worked with Kier on the first phase bid for the regeneration sites offered by Sandwell MBC. We were successful in winning 2 of the five sites. The largest being the Greets Green regeneration which is comprised of 3 adjoining sites along a significant arterial route. Two of the sites face onto the extensive green and sports fields.
In total we have designed a combined scheme of 197 new homes. These include 1 and 2 bedroom apartments along with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. All designed to Code 4 Sustainable Homes. The layout addresses both the green and the street while providing a series of new links from the existing estate to the POS.
