BM3 has worked alongside Taylor Wimpey on the development at Campfield Road, Southend-on-Sea, which is due for completion in February 2027, playing a key role in the project, delivering the planning and working drawings to help bring this exciting residential scheme forward.

The development will provide a range of private homes, including 1 & 2-bedroom apartments alongside 2, 3, 4 & 5-bedroom houses, contributing a diverse range of much-needed housing to the local area.

The scheme design was developed to create views through the site to the existing church which has helped to integrate the new development within the surrounding area. We have worked closely with the heritage consultant and planning team to ensure the development responds sensitively to the site’s history and surroundings. Given its location adjacent to a conservation area and a number of listed buildings, careful consideration has been given to the heritage context, while also creating a new and distinctive identity for the site.
