BM3 has worked on the site in Southend-on Sea from concept stage and has assisted our client in developing a viable scheme that is soon to be granted planning permission.

The development provides the local area with a mix of private and affordable homes ranging from 1 & 2 bedroom apartments together with 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses.

The scheme design was developed to create views through the site to the existing church which has helped to integrate the new development within the surrounding area. We worked closely with the heritage consultant together with the planners to ensure that the scheme albeit creating a new identity for the site, was respectful and sympathetic to the neighbouring conservation area.
