Tinkers Green and Kerria has been shortlisted in this year's Residential Property Awards

We are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted in this year's Insider Media Residential Property Awards!

Tinkers Green and Kerria has made top 5 in the Residential Regeneration category. The £19million development consists of 140 brand new homes across two estates, in Tamworth’s biggest council house building programme for a generation. BM3 were selected as the preferred architect to deliver the outline planning, reserved matters planning, and working drawings for these two fantastic schemes. Great collaboration with ENGIE UK & Ireland and Tamworth Borough Council.
