One development. Two BM3 offices. Six parcels. 375 new homes.
Bishop’s Stortford has been a true team effort, with our London studio leading planning and design and our Birmingham team driving delivery from concept through to construction.

Since 2020, we've been working alongside Taylor Wimpey to help shape this growing community in Bishop's Stortford. Four parcels are now complete, with the final two well underway, we acknowledge an exciting milestone for a development that's helping deliver the town's wider Eastern Neighbourhood Plan.

It's fantastic to see this vision continue to come to life, creating a diverse mix of homes for the growing community.
