Telford Site Recognised as Highly Commended at West Midlands LABC Awards

We’ve received another Highly Commended mention for one of our schemes!

Beaconsfield, Brookside, Telford was recognised at the West Midlands Local Authority Building Control Regional Building Excellence Awards for 2016.

We were appointed by The Wrekin Housing Trust to design the scheme which comprises of 18, 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows which has been highly commended in the category ‘Best social or Affordable New Housing Development’.

The scheme, which is located around 3 miles from Telford town centre was designed to replace sub-standard 1950’s housing whilst addressing the need for more bungalows in the area.
