Sweets Way, Whetstone: A Decade Later

Almost a decade ago, BM3 were proudly appointed by Taylor Wimpey to deliver RIBA Stages 4–6 for a bespoke residential development, guiding the scheme through construction to completion. The result was 288 beautifully crafted new homes — a carefully considered mix of one- to four-bedroom houses and apartments designed to support a wide range of lifestyles and aspirations.
In 2025, we returned to this now well-established neighbourhood and were delighted to see it continuing to flourish. Thanks to the quality of materials, thoughtful and pragmatic design, and meticulous attention to detail, the development remains as fresh and impressive as the day it was completed — a testament to enduring design excellence and collaborative delivery.
