Pucklechurch development crowned winner of LABC Awards

BM3 are very pleased that Oaktree Avenue, Pucklechurch has won the LABC awards for the Best Affordable New Housing Development.

The rural housing scheme in the village of Pucklechurch was completed in spring 2019 and provides eight flats and 12 homes for affordable rent.

Delivery of this project was a real team effort, many congratulations to everyone involved: Speller Metcalfe, LiveWest, South Gloucester District Council, Pucklechurch Parish Council.
