Progress update on William Farr House, Shrewsbury

Excellent progress continues on site at William Farr House in Shrewsbury — an Extra Care scheme being delivered for @wrekinhg in partnership with @keonhomes

The development will provide 68 apartments and 10 bungalows, alongside community facilities including a café and shared social spaces designed to promote independent living and wellbeing.

It’s great to see the scheme taking shape and the vision for this important community-focused development becoming a reality.

William Farr House marks BM3’s third Extra Care scheme designed and delivered for Wrekin Housing Group, following the successful completion of Walkers Wood in Donnington and Queenswood in Newport.

We look forward to seeing the continued progress on site over the coming months.
