Planning Permission granted for Swan Lane

BM3 are pleased to announce that in partnership with Rooftop Housing Group have gained planning permission for Swan Lane in Evesham.

The proposal comprises 27 apartments for affordable rent created in one two-storey and one three-storey building. A total of 27 car parking spaces will also be created while a number of commercial buildings, which are currently vacant, will be knocked down.
