Planning Permission granted for Cambridge Street in Wolverhampton

BM3 are proud to announce that our design proposal for the former Springfield Brewery depot at Cambridge Street, Wolverhampton has received full planning permission.

Great collaboration with Keon Homes, the scheme will provide a total of 64 new dwellings, constructed using modern methods of construction (MMC), featuring 31 two-bed homes and 33 one and two-bed apartments. The site is opposite the Grade II listed Springfield Brewery and forms part of the brewery conservation area. Both the design and layout draw from the local industrial heritage and have been sympathetically developed to sit within the areas unique character and setting, providing much needed new homes and apartments.
