Planning approval has been granted for Castleward, Derby!
Planning approval has been granted by Derby City Council for the Reserved Matters application for Phase 5 of the Castleward development!
This phase will deliver 167 new homes, including 30% affordable housing, continuing the transformation of the site in Derby. It builds on the successful delivery of earlier phases, which are now complete or under construction.
BM3's Birmingham studio has played a key role in the project over a number of years, supporting both planning and detailed design stages, in collaboration with @lovell_homes and @compendiumliving
Once complete, the wider Castleward area will provide approximately 700 homes, alongside public spaces and nearly 35,000sqft of commercial and retail space, supporting a vibrant, mixed-use community in the heart of Derby.
