Old Fallings Crescent, Wolverhampton is officially complete!

BM3 is proud to have designed 24 high-quality, semi-detached and detached homes, helping to meet local housing needs while creating a thriving new community, in collaboration with the City of Wolverhampton Council.
Inspired by the area's rich history, the development has been carefully designed to promote healthy, sustainable living. This development also won gold standard Secured by Design certificate, recognising our approach for creating secure, welcoming streets.

This project represents more than just new homes, it’s the creation of a vibrant, inclusive, and environmentally conscious neighbourhood for current and future generations.

A huge congratulations and thank you to everyone involved in bringing Old Fallings Crescent to life. We’re proud to see this vision become a reality!
