Architectural Practice of the Year!

We’re incredibly proud to share that BM3 was named Architecture Practice of the Year at last night’s Insider Media Midlands Residential Property Awards. A huge thank you to our clients and colleagues who made this achievement possible!

The evening also brought recognition for two schemes BM3 contributed to:

- Residential Regeneration Project of the Year: Wild Walk, Donnington Wood, Telford (in partnership with Lovell, Telford & Wrekin Council, Nuplace and Wrekin Housing Group). This scheme is especially close to our hearts as BM3's Paul Shepherd led the design through planning and played a key role in shaping the vision for the development, with BM3’s landscape architecture and planning consultancy team also contributing.

- Highly Commended: Residential Regeneration Project of the Year: Castleward, Derby (alongside Lovell, Riverside and Derby City Council).
