Birmingham's Lyndhurst Estate regeneration wins the RICS Social Impact Award 2020

BM3 are delighted that Lyndhurst Estate regeneration in Erdington, Birmingham has won the RICS Social Impact Award for the West Midlands this month.

The £50m regeneration comprised the construction of circa 300 new homes to rent and buy.
