A new addition to East London's skyline!

A new addition to East London's skyline is taking shape at Leven Road.

Progress continues on the East Riverside development in Poplar, a landmark mixed-use scheme that will transform the River Lea frontage and contribute to a growing new community.

Construction is advancing at pace across the site. The marketing suite within the retained tram shed depot arches has now been completed, while apartment fit-out works and brick façades are steadily taking shape across the low-rise blocks. Significant progress has also been made on the three distinctive curved towers, with window installation now commencing on the lower levels.

Once complete, the development will deliver 530 new homes, including 116 affordable dwellings, alongside 3,200 sqm of commercial space.

We're proud to see this significant development progressing, overcoming complex design and technical challenges to help create much-needed homes, commercial opportunities and public spaces for the area.
