BM3 was appointed by Estuary Houisng Association to provide new designs for this development with the aspiration of maximising the potential of the site by introducing a new tenure mix and an uplift in density. Following an extensive period of design development, a new scheme design was agreed for 23 shared ownership apartments. This provided an increased total of 9No dwellings when compared to the former approved scheme of 14 units.

The scheme comprises a mix of 1 bed & 2 bed dwellings including 2No wheelchair adaptable dwellings with associated car parking and landscaping.

The project has been well received by the London borough of Barking & Dagenham and awaits a planning decision in July.
